How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your personal data associated with the SOMA app, please follow the steps below:

A. For Facebook Login Users

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings – Apps and Websites.
  2. Find the SOMA application in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove to disconnect the app from your Facebook account.
  4. When prompted, check “Delete all activity related to this app” to ensure all associated data is erased.

B. For Google Login Users

  1. Go to your Google Account – Security Settings.
  2. Under “Third-party apps with account access”, select SOMA.
  3. Click Remove Access to disconnect SOMA from your Google account.
  4. This action will revoke the app’s access token and prevent any further data synchronization.

C. For Apple Login Users

  1. Go to the Settings app on your Apple device, or visit the Apple ID account page on the web.
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID), then go to Sign-In & Security.
  3. Select “Sign in with Apple” and find “SOMA Application” in the list.
  4. Choose “Stop Using Apple ID” or “Stop Using Account” to disconnect your SOMA app account.
